TREETOPS RETIREMENT VILLAGE
TYPE OF SCHEME: New build apartment building for over 55’s with Retail and Leisure.

Designed on the principles of Living well into old age, this building included open atrium space, with view down into the ground floor public zone, which includes facilities such as a Café/ Restaurant & Hair Salon through a mall space linked to the local external amenities.
Our commission was to populate the bare interior with planting and furnishings to bring life and use to the public zones and café, and the upper level private apartment zones, with break out social seating and colour schemes to aid navigation. Large trees were sourced to penetrate through the atrium openings, with a three-storey high mural cutting into the various upper level at the entrance.
