The fall-out from the Grenfell Tower disaster in London back in June 2017 has left a lasting legacy of necessary upgrades required to council and private developer high rise properties throughout the UK.
Working with Contractors, and Housing Managers we have assisted in the redesign of their high rise and low rise building types to improve fire safety, update facilities, and create desirable locations for local residents to live.
This included: new bespoke fire doors, Concierge facilities, Community Rooms, Scooter stores, Refuse & Recycling facilities as well Foyer & corridor updating.
The designs have been rolled-out across landlord housing stock, becoming the new standard for current and future refurbishments and branding.
